We send off Venus through her journey in Aquarius this week as she readies to shift into new cosmic oceans of love with Pisces. As we say goodbye to the individualist, to embracing our inner freak, we say hello to our inner dreamy romantic...
However, before we get there, on March 28th Venus will be making a visit to a counterpart planet she is not necessarily super in love with: Saturn. This conjunction (aka fusion of planets) affords us one last opportunity to examine the frequency of the nature of our choices to ensure our karmic consequences match our desires.
Our relationships receive another hard look.
This marks a time period where we're finally moving completely out of the Venusian initiation of looking into our karma, our relationships, and ourselves with a critical filter. For the next week, we experience the embrace of tough love, not only with ourselves, but also with other people and situations.
You might feel hyper critical of your choices and situations in your life, especially regarding those projects you are not accomplishing or putting your effort into.
It's not welcoming energy, yet necessary. The experiences and reality of your life are a direct reflection of your choices. You create your reality through them. Saturn teaches us this. Even though time may not be "real" in the 4th or 5th dimensions (and above), it's very inextricable from our 3D reality. Saturn reminds us of this as well. Thus, time is of the essence to get focused on achieving your desires, your goals, by following what brings you joy, beauty, & pleasure through your actionable CHOICES!
While the cosmic energy toughens up on us a bit, this doesn't mean that it needs to be hard. You can bring in all the lessons you've learned throughout your journey during the first quarter of the year. Look back to your new year's resolutions and ask yourself, "What did I say I was committed to accomplishing this year, that I have not really committed to through my actions?"
Revisit your commitments, get clear on what's been stopping you, and then after gaining clarity, put the plan into action.
Through Venus' dance in Aquarius, you've hopefully gained a new perspective on what makes you uniquely different. What unique gift do you get to bring into the world that you haven't yet?
This energy, though it may not feel like rainbows and butterflies, indeed prepares you for the rainbows and butterflies that you get to experience in the week shortly after. Taking ownership of how you are 100% responsible for the relationships that show up in your life and the way these relationships show up in your life, liberates you from your self-imposed prison.
This self inquiry really prepares you for the astrological new year taking full embodied effect with the New Moon in Aries on March 31st. This marks the time where energetically you can now put all those plans and goals into action.
Aries' courageous instinctual, no f***s given attitude, gives you permission to "just do it!" The Aries archetype is rooted in the very human fight or flight response we all carry in reaction to perceived danger. So, what is the danger here being perceived? The expansion of your soul which is derived from accomplishing your goals. Utilize this shift in perspective to give you the necessary ammunition to begin, to take action.
