Since our products are intended for intimate use, we cannot accept returns.
We stand by the quality of our products and thoroughly inspect and place it in a secure package for shipping in order to assure it arrives safe and in perfect conditions. Although rare, damages can occur during transit. If you believe the product you received is in faulty conditions, please email us a proof photo of the damage within 24 hours of product delivery to email@example.com.
If your product qualifies for an exchange, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for you to ship it back to us. Once we receive it back, we will send you a replacement.
Please note that pre-paid shipping labels and approved exchanges are valid for 7 days only.
Each stone is unique and minor imperfections such as superficial surface scratches, difference in color, texture and smoothness are normal and doesn't affect the use of the product.
Once our products leave our store, we cannot re-sell them.
All sales are final, and we can only offer exchanges on damaged products.
